She was predeceased by: her parents, Jane Ann Lewis and Charles E. Lewis of Columbus Ga. She is survived by: her brother Charles Lewis (Amy) of Columbus; her nephews, Lance Lewis (Kaila) of Columbus, Joshua Shelley (Lacy), Jacob Shelley (Cassidy) and Beau Shelley; her niece Victoria Grant; and her great-niece Lilli Shelley. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
