She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Johnston and Alexander Barclay; and her nephew Jonathan David Barclay. She is survived by: her husband David Levine, MD; her sons, Richard (Jill) and Andrew (Lori) of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Alexander and Charlotte; and her siblings, Sandra Barclay of Harrisburg, PA. and David Barclay (Sally) of Chesapeake, VA..
