He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Andrews; and his brothers, Ricky and Tony Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Nicole Pike (Sloane), Kyle Andrews and Donnie Powell; his grandchildren, Cassidy and Cooper Pike; his father Jerry Andrews; his siblings, Lynn Clark (Gerald), Donna Johnson (William), Jamie Andrews (Jackie), Larry Andrews (Lori Beth) and Jody Andrews (Patricia); and his daughters, Minnie Pearl and Lucy. He is also survived by his family, friends.
