He was predeceased by: his father James Reddick Jr.; his spouse Ellene Dale Reddick; his stepchildren, Alethia Williams and Johnny Williams; and his brothers, Charles M. Reddick and Audie L. Reddick.
He is survived by: his mother Clara Reddick (Harrell); his children, Venita Chaney Qualls, Yolanda M. Reddick, Raymon Williams, Dwayne A. Reddick and Ronnie Pearson; his stepchildren, Paul McKinney and Vonja Williams; his siblings, Duane A. Reddick (Belinda), Crowel A. Reddick, Gloria Higgins, Phyllis Reddick, Phylda Reddick and Angela Dunham (Lee); his aunts, Thelma Brown and Mittie Burke; and his former wife Willie Mae Chaney. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
