Troy Roberts Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Troy Roberts of Columbus, Georgia, born in Lubbock, Texas, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Troy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Troy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Groman Roberts; his grandchildren, Joseph Troy Evangelista, Jacob Michael Evangelista (Miranda), Arabella Faith Evangelista, Abraham Brad Evangelista and Bryson Troy Roberts; and his brother Doyle Roberts.
Flowers would be appropriate or, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Evangel MAPS Local or Georgia Hospice Care in his memory.
