He was predeceased by: his parents, Turner McCrary, Sr. and Mary Lee Knight McCrary; and his wife Aurie Johnson McCrary. He is survived by: his children, Jerome Turner McCrary, Harold Freneau McCrary (Padmini) and Cortina Brown (Xaphine).
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Progressive Funeral Home (4235 St. Mary's Road, Columbus, GA 31907). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at 3568 Macon Rd, Columbus, GA 31907. A burial will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Fort Mitchell National Cemetery (553 AL-165, Fort Mitchell, AL 36856).
