He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Segars and Mamie Sue Laack. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his stepson Tony Palmerino of Northbridge, Massachusetts; his children, Sherry Rumsey (Scott) and Van Segars (Corrine) of Columbus, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Tyler Palmerino, Tori Palmerino, Abigail Segars and Madeline Segars; and his great grandchild AJ Vinroe.
