It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Dowdney (Columbus, Georgia), who passed away on September 1, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William H. Dowdney; and his brothers, William K. Dowdney and Steven Jerome Dowdney. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Carolyn Dowdney Collett; his sister-in-law Rhonda Dowdney; his sibling's children, Magen Dowdney, Brittany Dowdney, Tyler Danford, Jayden Danford and Triston Crowell; and his close friend Rita Benford.
