He is survived by: his wife Monique Fernandez of Columbus, Georgia; his siblings, Carmelita Carvalho (Jason) of Kohala and Michael Fernandez (Alana) of Ahualoa; and his stepson Clifford Martin (Laraye) of Seale, Alabama. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
