He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Chambers and Mary Frances Chambers. He is survived by: his sons, Vincent Wiggins, Vonald Wiggins (Matrina) and Victor Wiggins; and his siblings, Kevin Chambers and Dr. Lorna Chambers-Andrade. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of relatives.
