She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas E. Carter and Dovie Carter; her husband Charlie Albert Cook; and her children, Joann Meacham Bonniot, Dewayne Meacham and Kenneth Meacham.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Parker of Columbus, GA; her grandchildren, Joey Park (Sonja) of Williamsburg, VA, DeWayne Meacham, Jr. of Box Springs, GA and Tiffany Jordan (Ronnie) of Noblesville, IN; her great grandchildren, Anna Meacham, Thomas J. Park, Jacob Park, Raymond Park and Eli Jordan; and her daughters-in-law, Linda Meacham (Dewayne) and Nancy Meacham (Kenneth). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
