He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Huff Brescia and Ona McDougal Brescia; his wife Pamela Hanson Brescia; his siblings, Theo Brescia and Edna Brescia Gilmer; and his grandson Christopher Stevens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Marie Brescia and Shannon Brescia Gullage; his sister Jean Edwards (Bill Edwards); and his grandson Jaxon Gullage. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews; six great-nieces and great-nephews; and four great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
