He is survived by: his stepchildren, Randy Nichols and Jan Wilson; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Nix and Jarrod Wilson; his granddaughter-in-law Lauren Nichols; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Avery Nix, Levi Nix and Adelyn Nichols; his niece Barbara Evans; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Barbara EvansNiece. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
