He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bland and Mary Sutton. He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Parker (Vincent); his siblings, Walter Bland, Roland Bland (Linda), Lucille Pugh and Ruth Johnson; his sisters-in-law, Jessie Williams and Ella Ween Wright; and his grandchildren, Marcus Parker, Marcell Parker, Arron Parker and Kerstyn Parker. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
