He is survived by: his wife Dr. Kay Ellis Campbell; his daughters, Alison Jordan (Brad) and Dr. Caroline Campbell; his grandsons, Campbell Jordan, Harrison Jordan and Walter Jordan; his sisters, Janet Harmon (Ken), Susan Campbell, Robin Magers, Cheryl Iler (Jim) and Kim Birnbaum; and his friends, Don, Campbell Oral, Maxillofacial Surgery and Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
