He is survived by: his former wife Sharilyn Martin Bennett Cody; his daughter Kimberly Bennett Ericson; his granddaughter Alyssa Ericson (David); his nephew Jeffery Wayne Bennett; and his siblings, Richard Norman Bennett, Douglas Wayne Bennett, Harry Eugene Bennett, Betty J. Davenport and Connie Sue Bennett.
