He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Lewis; his parents, Mary Mezokowski and Dorman Lewis; and his brother Larry Lewis. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Carr and Ruth Boyette (Bill); his children, Randy Lewis (Terrie) of Montezuma, Georgia, Rhonda Barnett (Jon) of Bowling Green and Mark Lewis (Cathy) of Rock Hill; and his great grandchildren, Andee Barnett, Marley Lewis, Delilah Lewis, Athena Lewis and Ruby Capes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory (3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA 31907).
