He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his sister Shannon Pickard Marsh (Shep); his nephew Howard Matthew Johnson; his great-nephews, Howard Carter Johnson and Dalton McElvy Johnson; his siblings-in-law, Susan Rogers (Matt), Lynn James and Kevin McGuirk; and his nieces, Hanna James, Sarah James, Elena McGuirk and Miranda McGuirk (Mal).
