She is survived by: her husband Charles Sr. Smith (Jack); her children, Chuck Smith (Ashley), Jeff Smith (Kerith), Lisa West (Tommy) and Stephen Smith; her grandchildren, Chad Smith (Megan), Shelby Jones (Kevin), Makayla Harper (Doster), MaryKate Smith, Mark Smith (Karissa), Chase West, Charlie Randall (Garrett), Maggie Milford, Jessica Smith, Sophie Smith, Olivia West and Parker Smith; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Jones, Beau Jones, Garrison Smith and Palmer Smith; and her siblings, Joyce (Roswell), Eleanor Kennedy and Jerry Griffin (Danelle).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Madison Chapel (963 GA-98, Danielsville, GA 30633).
