With sadness, we share the passing of Kathleen M Embrick of Comer, Georgia. Kathleen, born on December 3, 1954, passed away on October 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Elizabeth Morgan and Douglas Blachly Morgan; her brother Charles Gordon Morgan; her son Joseph Elijah Embrick; and her husband Charles Lee Embrick.
She is survived by: her sister Marcia Blachly Cummings; her children, Elizabeth Anne Windham, Lura Lee Johnson, Richard Douglas Embrick and Byron Joshua Embrick; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Leanne Windham, Yasmine Breanna Embrick, Cecilia Anna Soraya Embrick, Autum Rayn Bowles, Randi Ryan Bowles, Joseph Riley Embrick and Morgan Augusta Johnson.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Whitehead Building) (706 Whitehead Rd, Athens, GA 30606).
