He was predeceased by: his brother John Wayne Patton. He is survived by: his children, Tony Patton of Winder and Jessica Patton of South Carolina; and his siblings, Charles Wendall Patton of Hoschton and Glenda Mae Edwards of Comer. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
