He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Collins and Theo Collins; his wife Nancy Scearce Collins; and his son Steve Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Queen (Sammy) of Vestavia Hills, AL; his daughter-in-law Wendy Collins of Commerce; his grandchildren, Tyler Queen (Shelby), Tucker Queen (Abby), Amber Blevins (Ryan) and Corey Collins; and his great grandchild Oliver Blevins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Commerce First Methodist Church (54 Cherry St, Commerce, GA 30529). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at the Jackson Memorial Gardens (6825 Jefferson Rd, Commerce, GA 30529).
In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to the Commerce First Methodist Church.
