He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie O'Kelley and Salley Suggs O'Kelley; his wife Linda Austin Gail O'Kelley; and his son Scott O'Kelley. He is survived by: his sons, Charlie O'Kelley (Lisa), Dusty O'Kelley (Alexia) and Anthony O'Kelley (Alicia); and his siblings, Vernon O'Kelley, Paul O'Kelley, Elmer O'Kelley, Henry O'Kelley, Inez Watkins and Mary Saxon. He is also survived by grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ivie Funeral Home (1053 S Elm St, Commerce, GA 30529). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
