He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Henry Daniel and Jacqueline Elaine Wilkenson Nicholson. He is survived by: his son Elijah Hayes; his brothers, Aaron Daniel of Commerce and Darren Daniel (Jessica) of Winder; and his nephew Grayson Daniel.
