She was predeceased by: her husband Monroe David; her mother Willie Rose Rucker; her siblings, Nancy Thomas-Pitts, Radius and Herschell Thomas; her son Ray Thomas; and her grandsons, Kendrick Harris and Randy Beasley.

She is survived by: her children, Louise Ware, Barbara Beasley (Junior), Gloria Anderson (Nathan) and Mac Arthur Hardman (Anita Price); and her grandchildren, Corey Thomas (Gloria), Latonya Randolph, Kenny Thomas, Felecia Perry (Remona), Catina Beasley (Thomas), Michael Rakestraw (Kenisha), Larissa Barksdale (Tracy), Steven David, Orphelia Beasley (Randy), Laquetta Wood, Fluff Anderson and Shawn Hardman. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the White Funeral Home and Cremation (446 Homer Rd, Commerce, GA 30529). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church (96 M L King Jr Dr, Commerce, GA 30529).
