He was predeceased by : his parents, Warren "Red" Tolbert and Eva Phillips Tolbert; his former life partner Betty Tolbert; and his siblings, Joyce Standridge, Bobby and Billy Tolbert.
He is survived by : his wife Diane Harry Tolbert; his children, Allan Schuler of McDonough, Crystal Franquez of Guam, Pam King (Buddy) of McDonough, Miranda Durden of Forsyth, Daphne Harrison (Steve) of Forsyth and Genie Newsome (Chris) of Forsyth; his siblings, Harold Tolbert (Linda) of Newnan, Warren Tolbert (Lisa) of Nicholson and Carol Tubbs (Dick) of Commerce; and his sister-in-law Paula Tolbert of Commerce. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
