He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Milford and Everette Massey Milford; his brother Jimmy Milford; and his brother-in-law Ken West. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wilson Milford of Commerce; his son Jonathan Milford (Lauren) of Commerce; his grandchildren, Connor Milford of Commerce and Hix Milford of Commerce; his sister Julie Milford West of Commerce; and his sister-in-law Beverly George (Lawrence).
