She is survived by: her husband Norris Quinn of Carnesville; her siblings, Stephanie Grafton of Toccoa, Patricia Pulliam (Stacy) of Toccoa and Erwin Carter of Toccoa; and her friend Helen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
