Jack Lewis; her grandson Mark Mealor of Commerce; her great grandchild Sharpe Lewis of Commerce; and her siblings, Mary Lou Napier of Mt. Home, Arkansas, George Thomas Doss, Jimmy Doss of Maysville and Ford Doss of Clarkesville.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Johnson of Moultrie, David Lewis of Maysville and Dean Lewis (Jodi) of Commerce.
