He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen and Lorraine Alice Paradis Dorothy. He is survived by: his significant other Connie Swain of Commerce; his children, Shane Couch of Commerce and Renee Tanner (Kevin) of Danielsville; his sisters, Laurie Pari and Patricia Matthis (Drey) of Carlton; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Brianna and Alexis. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
