He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lamar Rhoads (Marian Rhoads) and Marian Dudley Rhoads; and his brothers, Howard Rhoads and Ron Rhoads. He is survived by: his wife Ann Walters Rhoads; his children, Bill Rhoads and Chris Baker; his grandchildren, Elena, Lucas and Cora; and his sisters, Millie Carol and Mary Morgan.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Commerce (1345 S Elm St, Commerce, GA 30529).
