He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Maddox and Virginia Davis Maddox. He is survived by: his wife Lenora Martin Maddox of Commerce; his daughters, Betty Tolbert of Commerce, Stephanie Maddox of Jefferson, Jody Maddox of Buford and Beth Ramey; and his brother Harold Maddox of Monroe. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Little-Ward Funeral Home (115 State St, Commerce, GA 30529). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home (115 State St, Commerce, GA 30529). A burial was held on Wednesday, August 19th 2026 at the Grey Hill Cemetery.
