He was predeceased by: his parents, Jame Frank and Audrey Faye Mauldin Nix. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hanley Nix of Commerce; his daughter Savanna Hanley (Colton) of Danielsville; and his brother Terry Nix of Cleveland. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Anchor Church (403 Drake Woods Rd, Danielsville, GA 30633). A burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at the Of God Cemetery (4411 Woods Bridge Rd, Commerce, GA 30529).
