She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Don Stevens and Frances Ann Lee Stevens; and her son Dustain Mayo. She is survived by: her husband Randy Samples; her children, Traci Flanagan (Steve), Danny McElwaney (Holly), Shane Samples (Hillary), Kimberly Morgan (Timmy) and Robin Bright (Al); and her brothers, Mark Stevens, Boyd Stevens and Stevie Stevens. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
