He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Kelsey, Sr. and Miley Mitchell Kelsey; and his granddaughter Timiya Watson. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Kameron Kelsey, Cecil Kelsey, Jr., Courtney Kelsey and Cecilia Kelsey; his siblings, Aaron Kelsey, Deloris Bentley and Timothy Kelsey, Jr. (Cathy); his mother-in-law Annas Mathis; and his sister-in-law Latisha Mathis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, close cousins and friends.
