He is survived by: his children, Krista Collins (Elizabeth) and Jonathan Collins; his grandchildren, Kasey Carver (Austin), Christopher England, Hannah England and Amber England; his great grandchildren, Bentley Carver, Raelynn Carver, Emma Kate Carver and Oakleigh Carver; his siblings-in-law, Elnora Collins, Lane and Jeff Lefebvre; and his sibling's children, Misty Lefebvre, Allen Lefebvre and Lynn Gogan (Robert). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
