He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Holder, Sr. and Annie Emma Holder (Farmer); his daughter Stephanie Rae Holder; and his half-brother Larry Holder. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Holder of Conyers; his son James "Mike"; his daughter-in-law Pia Holder of Spring Hope, NC; his daughter Tracey; his son-in-law Marco Pizer of Myersville, MD; and his grandchildren, Savannah Rae Holder of Albuquerque, NM and Mario Pizer of Myersville, MD.
