He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ramsey; his sons, John Wayne (Orenda Ramsey) and David Cleveland (April Ramsey); his grandchildren, Zachary Cleveland Ramsey, Colbie June Ramsey, John Luke Ramsey, Gabriel Michael Ramsey and Miranda Ashley Ramsey; his sister Ruth; his brother-in-law Todd Barclay; his brother Billy Bob; and his sister-in-law Joanna Ramsey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
