He is survived by: his aunts, Harriet Downs (Speck) and Mary Hope Abbott (Fain); his wife Nancy Harrell Martin; his children, Mark Allen Martin (Josie), Audrey Helen Martin (Pam), Michael Thomas Martin (Patty) and Timothy Harrell Martin (Melanie); his grandchildren, Holly Nicole Horetz, Kristina Estelle Martin (Joey Stanton), Kathleen Ellen Long (Eric), Heather Renee Dalton (Billy), Luke Martin, Olivia Jane Martin and William Harrison Martin; his great grandchildren, Sora Estelle Long, Ember Renee Horetz, Skye Willow Long, Hadley Jane Dalton and Story Mera Long; and his extended family, Mark, Beth Horetz and Denise Jones Martin.
A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Smyrna Presbyterian Church (2920 GA-212, Conyers, GA 30094). A memorial service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
