He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Sr. and Virginia Graves. He is survived by: his son Joseph Edward Graves, III; his stepchildren, John King, Jennifer Wright, Juliette Wiltshire and Jamie Cutter; and his siblings, Mary Bugg, Dean Graves, Joyce Winters, Roger Graves, Melissa Means, Malcolm Graves and Gretchen Newman. He is also survived by step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
