She was predeceased by: her parents, Ester Kirkpatrick and Ola Mae Kirkpatrick; her son Wilburn Lewis; and her siblings, James "Sonny" Kirkpatrick and Geraldine Kirkpatrick.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Lewis; her daughter Phyllis Williams; her grandchildren, Tony Flynn (Kasi), Faith Mathews (Brian), Stephen Lewis, April Lewis and Michelle Carter (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Danielle, Alice, Bailey, Chase and Silas. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Scot Ward's Green Meadow Chapel (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at the Green Meadow Memorial Gardens (699 American Legion Rd NE, Conyers, GA 30012).
