She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Rutledge and Annie Rutledge; her siblings, Jack Rutledge, B. T. Rutledge, Mary Mitchell and Inez Smith; and her son-in-law Gary Kimm.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn Teems (Britt), Lynda Kimm, Brenda Merrifield (Steve), Danny Swann (Mary Ellen), Kimberly Ingalls (Kevin) and Jimmy Swann (Amanda); and her siblings, Theresa Williamson and Wayne Rutledge (Sheila). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; several great-great- grandchildren.
