He is survived by: his sons, Forrest Duncan of Conyers, Georgia and Sullivan Duncan of Conyers, Georgia; his siblings, Beth Duncan of Dahlonega, GA and Bill Duncan (Haley) of Cape Charles, Virginia; his nephew John Duncan of Austin, Texas; his niece Emily Duncan of Atlanta, Georgia.; Denise Duncan of Conyers. He is also survived by his best friend, devoted caregiver, and the mother of his children.
