He is survived by: his wife Jackie Cooper; his daughters, Kelly Roche (Leo) and Heather Smith (Michael); his grandchildren, Kody Bush (Hailey), Kaleigh Bush, Lola Smith, Saber Smith and Blaze Smith; and his great grandchild Kennedy Bush.
