He was predeceased by: his son Benjamin Stephens; and his father Ray Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Sue Stephens; his children, Genevieve Stephens, Terry Jr. Stephens (Jessica) and James Stephens; his grandchildren, Brody, Sam and Allie Stephens; his mother Barbara Stephens; and his siblings, Robert Stephens (Ande), Dan Stephens (Reiko) and Mary Stephens. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Terry's honor can be made to the Benjamin John Stephens Foundation, an organization founded by the Stephens family to help others Live Like Ben through art, soccer, and investment in the community.
