He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his brother Steven Slay of Jacksonville Fl; his daughters, Missy Johnson (Jerry), Jessica Bishop and Valen Bishop; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Nix (Lee), Jerimey Johnson, Abigail Mathis, Jada Boges, Jazzmine and Jayla Griffieth; his great grandchildren, Brantlee, Liam, Corey Nix and Ella Grace Mathis; his sister-in-law Bonnie Bishop; his nieces, Ashleigh Bishop Pollock (Stephen) and Andrea Slay; his great-nephew Michael Blaine Pollack; his great-niece Loreli Slay; his close friends, Jason, Brandy Gruber, Jarad and Brittney Gruber; and his pet Stella. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
