He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Blackwell and Marilyn Blackwell. He is survived by: his sister Sandra "Sandy" Blackwell (Jesse); his nephew Rodney Blackwell; his brother Samuel Blackwell (Lisa) of Conyers; his nephew Landon Blackwell; and his brother Christopher "Chris" Blackwell of Conyers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many friends.
