He is survived by: his parents, Doug Hughes and Karen Hughes; his wife Kelli; his children, Paige and Braeden; his siblings, Brian Hughes (Candi) and Starr Lowe (Jason); his uncle Greg Davis (Karen); and his close friend Steve Facemyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Todd's honor to the Walnut Grove High School Marching Band, where his son proudly marched for four years and where Todd faithfully volunteered and supported the band every step of the way. https://www.zeffy.com.
