He was predeceased by : his parents, Evelyn Blevins and James Leroy Simones; and his wife Susan Ann Simones. He is survived by : his children, Daniel Simones Jr., Michael Simones (Holly Simones), James Simones and Candalena Simones. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grand children.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Danny's name to The Salvation Army.
