He is survived by : his wife Dale Banister; his daughters, Amy Mitchell and Dawn Smith (Jody); his grandchildren, Vallie Smith, Reese Smith, Emma Mitchell and Wyatt Keith Mitchell; and his nieces and nephews, Rooks and Lane Pullen.
